Jessica graduated from Miami University in 2021 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. She recently graduated from Capella University and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jessica works with children, couples, families, and individual women struggling with a variety of personal and/or relational problems.
Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), Jessica aims to help her clients reframe the irrational thoughts and behaviors that negatively impact their lives. Jessica believes in taking a collaborative, integrative approach to helping clients actualize their goals and create meaningful changes.
